摘要
目的：探讨总结老年中风患者便秘的中医辩证护理对策。方法2014年3月～2015年3月在我院接受治疗的59例老年中风便秘患者作为研究对象，给予患者中医辩证护理，观察患者的护理效果。结果59例老年中风便秘患者中，54例患者的护理取得满意的效果，可以顺利地排便，5例患者的便秘情况得到改善。结论给予老年中风便秘患者中医辩证护理，可以有效的改善患者的便秘问题，有效的降低因便秘引起中风等并发症的发生机率。
Objective To explore traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing countermeasures of elderly stroke patients with constipation. Methods Selected 59 cases of senile constipation in patients with stroke from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital, giving Chinese medicine dialectical nursing, observe effect of nursing care. Results In 59 cases of senile constipation in patients with stroke, 54 cases with satisfactory effect, defecate smoothly, 5 cases of patients was improved. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing of constipation elderly stroke patients＇, can improve patients with constipation problems effectively and reduce complications rate as stroke risk caused constipation.
