摘要
目的：探讨胎盘早剥的临床治疗体会。方法选取2010年1月～2012年12月我院收治的25例胎儿早剥的患者进行回顾性资料分析。结果25例患者无治疗过度，无一例死亡。结论胎盘早剥应根据多种因素选择合适的治疗方案。做好产前健康教育，提高早期诊断率，降低母婴并发症及死亡率。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of placental abruption. Methods Selected 25 cases with placental abruption date from January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital retrospectively were analysis. Results 25 patients without overtreatment, with no deaths. Conclusion Placental abruption choose an appropriate treatment plan based on a variety of factors. Good prenatal health education, improve early diagnosis , complications and reduce maternal and child mortality.
