摘要
搜救演练3D仿真需要多源地理信息系统(GIS)数据模拟地球表面从而达到逼真的显示效果.为简化用户操作流程、提高系统运行效率,需要构建一个GIS综合数据服务.综合数据服务按照网络地图服务(WMS)协议设计,可以根据应急需求,从航空、航海、气象、交通等部门的数据中心所发布的数据服务快速实现数据融合与显示.使用桌面GIS应用程序和虚拟地球对服务的功能和性能进行测试,结果表明设计的服务模式可以快速从各部门数据中心获取数据服务并实现数据融合,很好地为搜救3D仿真虚拟应用程序创建地球表面模型提供支持.对瓦片缓存和影像金字塔组织的测试实验表明这两种方法可以有效地提高应用系统加载地图数据的效率.
Multi-source geographic information system (GIS) data are needed for modeling earth surface in 3D simulation for Search and Rescue operation to make simulation process as real as possible .An integrat-ed GIS data service is needed to simplify the user operation process and to improve the efficiency of system . This data service has been designed according to Web Map Service (WMS) protocol and can create GIS map from any available format data .Several desktop GIS application and virtual globe have been used to test the capability and functionality of data server .The result shows that designed server can function well . The experiment to test tile caching and Image Pyramid shows that this two methods can effectively improve GIS map loading in 3D simulation system .
