摘要
针对甲醇废水精馏操作过程中的腐蚀、结垢问题,采用PRO/Ⅱ流程模拟计算软件对操作压力进行了模拟计算,考察了操作压力对塔内温度、塔内气液相负荷分布及单位装置的综合能耗的影响,为腐蚀、结垢、节能问题的解决提供了理论导向。
To solve the erosion and fouling issues in methanol distillation process ,the PRO/Ⅱ simulation software is used. The influences of the operating pressure on the inner temperature of the distillation tower, the load distribution of the vapor and liquid, and the integrated energy consumption per unit feed are performed. The obtained resuhs provide the theoretical direction for solving erosion, fouling and energy conservation problems.
