摘要
立式潜水泵机组依靠吊管承重直接下到泵井进行排水,吊管承受水压、潜水泵机组自重和水锤力载荷,受力大。论文不仅对吊管建立受拉压组合的力学模型,利用三向应力对吊管壁厚进行计算,而且考虑了吊管制造负偏差和腐蚀厚度。
The vertical diving pump which is dived into pump well for drainage is supported by the swing pipe, so the force from the water pressure, weight of diving pump and water hammer is very strong and applied to the swing pipe. This design not only established the combi- nation mechanical model of swing pipe considering the tension and compression, calculated the swing pipe thickness with three-dimensional stress, but also considered negative deviation and corrosion.
