摘要
目的对近年来角叉菜胶在药剂学中的研究及应用进行总结,以了解并拓展其在药剂学中的应用。方法搜集国内外有关文献资料,并对其进行整理、总结和分析。结果角叉菜胶具有乳化、增稠、胶凝、荷负电、成膜等性质,近年来在药剂中的研究与应用愈加广泛。角叉菜胶可用于各种非注射给药剂型,如:乳剂、凝胶剂、滴眼剂、栓剂、胶囊、片剂及膜剂等。同时角叉菜胶在新剂型中的研究已成为药剂学领域中的热点,如:口服缓释片、脉冲释药制剂、胃漂浮片、原位凝胶、微丸、微球、微囊、纳米制剂、凝胶珠及固体分散体等。结论角叉菜胶在药剂学中具有广阔的开发与应用前景。
Objective To summarize the recent research and application of carrageenan in pharmaceutics in order to understand and broaden its application in pharmaceutics. Methods The domestic and foreign literatures were collected, summarized and then analyzed. Results Carrageenan has emulsifying, thickening, gelling, negatively charged, film-forming properties,etc. Recently, it was widely used in pharmaceutics, and could be applied in a variety of non-injectable dosage forms, such as emulsions, gels, eye drops, supposito- ries, capsules, tablets and films, etc. Simultaneously, the research of carrageenan in new dosage forms has become a hot spot in the field of pharmaceutics, for example, in oral sustained-release tablets, pulsatile release preparations, gastric floating tablets, in situ gels, pellets, microspheres, microcapsules, nano-preparations, beads and solid dispersions, etc. Conclusions Carrageenan has a broad development and application prospect in pharmaceufics.
