摘要
目的探讨结缔组织病(CTD)与甲状腺疾病的相关性。方法选取2013年9月-2014年9月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院风湿科住院并接受甲状腺疾病相关检查的55例结缔组织病患者(CTD组)为研究对象,选取30例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组人群伴发甲状腺疾病的患病率,同时分析不同甲状腺疾病在不同类型CTD中的患病率。结果 CTD组患者中伴甲状腺疾病者21例(38.18%),对照组伴甲状腺疾病者2例(6.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);CTD合并甲状腺疾病患者中,亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(42.86%)最常见,其次为桥本氏甲状腺炎(28.57%);合并甲状腺疾病的CTD患者,各构成比依次为:系统性红斑狼疮47.06%、干燥综合征44.00%、混合性结缔组织病25.00%、系统性硬化症14.29%;CTD患者中伴/不伴甲状腺疾病者血清中血沉、C反应蛋白及补体C3比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CTD患者易伴发甲状腺疾病,二者有较强的相关性,有无甲状腺疾病与CTD的病情活动度无关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between connective tissue diseases and thyroid diseases. Methods 55 in-patients with connective tissue diseases by thyroid function tests in 2013.9--2014.9 in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the re- search group and 30 healthy people were taken as the control group simultaneously. The prevalence of TD between the research group and control group was compared, and the analysis on the prevalence of differ- ent thyroid diseases in patients with different connective tissue diseases was conducted. Results 21 cases in the research group were found thyroid diseases （38.18%）, 2 cases in the control group were found thyroid disease （6.67%）, with significant difference in two groups （P 〉0.05）;The subclinical hypothyroidism is the most common（42.86%） in the patients with connective tissue diseases associated with thyroid disease, followed by Hashimotors thyroiditis （28.57%）;The incidence of connective tissue diseases associated with thyroid disease was 47.06% in SLE,44% in SS, 25% in MCTD, 14.29% in SSc; There was no significant difference between the research group of connective tissue disease associated with/without thyroid disease in ESR, CRP and C3 （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The strong correlation between connective tissue disease and thyroid diseases was found. Thyroid diseases was found unrelated with the activity of connective tissue diSeases.
