摘要
NOD/SCID小鼠是将SCID小鼠与NOD/Lt小鼠回交而得到的免疫缺陷小鼠,这种小鼠既有先天缺陷,又有T、B淋巴细胞缺乏,适于建立白血病模型。利用NOD/SCID小鼠建立的同种移植性小鼠白血病模型具有建立周期短、重复性好、移植的肿瘤细胞生物特性较稳定等特点,已成为研究白血病细胞增殖、分化及其调控机制的重要手段和方法。
Summary NOD/SCID (non-obese diabetic/severe combined immunodeficient mice) are immune deficient mice which are made by backcross of severe combined immunodeficient mice with non-obese diabetic mice strains. NOD/ SCID mice are both innate immune deficiencies and lack of T and B lymphocytes, Therefore, NOD/SCID mice is suitable for establishing leukemia model and is an important and useful tool for study the proliferation, differentiation and modulation of leukemic cells. In this review, the biological characteristics of NOD/SCID Mice and NOD/ SCID Leukemia Mice,and the application of the model are comprehensively discussed.
