了哥王炮制前后的药效比较研究 被引量:15

Comparison of Antibacterial and Anti- inflammatory Effect of Unprocessed and Processed Products of Indian Stringbush Root

摘要 目的对了哥王炮制前生品及两种方法炮制后的炮制品的抗菌及抗炎活性进行比较,探讨两种炮制方法对了哥王药效的影响。方法分别以"汗渍法"、人工汗液炮制法炮制了哥王,制备了哥王生品及两种炮制品浸膏;采用体内及体外抗菌实验观察三种样品的抗菌活性;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验观察其抗炎活性。结果体外抗菌实验结果显示了哥王生品及两种炮制品对金黄色葡萄球菌及乙型溶血性链球菌均有抗菌作用;对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值是两种炮制品较小,MBC值是生品较小;对乙型溶血性链球菌的MIC与MBC值均是人工汗液炮制品最小。体内抗菌实验结果表明:三种样品均能降低金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的死亡率,且三种样品的作用强弱无明显差异。抗炎实验结果表明三种受试样品均能抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀,各样品抑制作用强度无明显差异。结论了哥王生品及两种炮制品均具有抗菌及抗炎活性,且三种样品的作用强弱无明显差异,表明通过"汗渍法"及人工汗液炮制法对了哥王进行炮制后,未降低其抗菌及抗炎活性。 Objective To compare the antibacterial and anti- inflammatory activity among extracts from unprocessed indian stringbush root and it's two different processed products,to Investigate the influence of two processing methods on the efficacy of indian stringbush root. Methods Make the extracts of unprocessed Indian stringbush root and processed with'sweat'and'artificial sweat'respectively. Observe the antibacterial activity of the 3 samples by in vivo and in vitro antibacterial experiments and its anti- inflammatory activity by mice ear- swollen induced experiment. Results Staphylococcus aureus and beta hemolytic streptococcus can be inhibited by the 3 samples; the MIC on staphylococcus aureus of the 2 processed products are same and smaller than the unprocessed product,but the MBC on staphylococcus aureus are bigger; and the MIC and MBC on beta hemolytic streptococcus of the processed products with'artificial sweat'is the smallest in the 3 samples. The mortality of mice infected with staphylococcus aureus can be reduced by the 3 samples,and there are no obvious differences in the effect intensity of the 3 samples. The mice ears swelling induced by xylene can be inhibited by the 3 samples,and the inhibition intensity have no significant difference in the 3 samples. Conclusion The extracts from unprocessed Indian stringbush root and its two different processed products had the antibacterial and anti- inflammatory activity,and there was no obvious difference in the effect intensity of the 3 samples,it showed that the sweat and artificial sweat processing method didn't reduce the antibacterial and anti- inflammatory activity of Indian stringbush root.
