摘要
基于缸内直喷汽油机喷油器积碳的生成机理,开发了一套喷油器积碳形成模拟实验装置及控制系统。该装置主要由基于MAX6675和热电偶设计的喷油器头部加热控制模块、基于驱动电流进行喷射定时和喷射量控制的喷油器控制模块和喷雾箱等组成。在发动机台架和积碳形成模拟装置上进行了喷油器积碳对比试验,两种方式下得到的喷油器积碳成分分析对比表明,发动机喷油器积碳形成模拟系统可以较好地模拟喷油器在发动机内的实际工作情况。
Based on the mechanism of injector deposits formation in a direct injection gasoline engine, a device to simulate the injector deposits formation environment and its control system were developed. The apparatus is mainly composed of a MAX6675 and thermocouple based injector tip heating control module, a driving current based injection timing and counting control module and an injecting box. The contrast injector deposits formation experiments were carried out on an engine and the injector deposits formation apparatus. The composition analysis of the injector deposits derived from the two methods shows that the injector deposits formation simulating apparatus can simulate the in-cylinder environment reasonably.
