基底细胞样型乳腺癌中Cdc42和IQGAP1的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

Expressions of IQGAP1 and Cdc42 in Basal-Like Breast Cancer and Their Clinical Significance

摘要 [目的]分析细胞分裂周期蛋白42(Cdc42)和支架蛋白1(IQGAP1)与基底细胞样型乳腺癌(basal-like breast cancer,BLBC)临床病理特征之间的关系及二者之间的相关性,探讨Cdc42和IQGAP1在BLBC发生、发展及侵袭转移中的作用。[方法 ]采用免疫组化方法检测60例BLBC、45例非基底细胞样型乳腺癌(non-basal-like breast carcinoma,Non-BLBC)和35例癌旁正常乳腺组织中Cdc42和IQGAP1的表达。[结果]Cdc42在BLBC中的表达明显高于Non-BLBC和癌旁正常乳腺组织(P<0.0125),IQGAP1在BLBC和Non-BLBC中的表达明显高于癌旁正常乳腺组织(P<0.0125);BLBC中Cdc42的表达与淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),IQGAP1的表达与肿瘤大小和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),并且两者在BLBC中的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.638,P<0.05)。[结论]Cdc42和IQGAP1可能是促进肿瘤的局部侵袭和远处转移的重要因素,在BLBC的发生发展中起着重要的作用。 [Purposel To investigate the relationship of Cdc42 and IQGAP1 with the clinicopatho- logic features of basal-like breast cancer (BLBC) and the role of Cdc42 and IQGAP1 in the car- cinogenesis,invasion and metastasis of BLBC. [Methods] The expressions of Cdc42 and IQGAP1 in 60 cases with BLBC,45 cases with non-basal-like breast cancer (Non-BLBC) and 35 cases of cancer adjacent tissues were detected immunohistochemieally. [Results] The expression of Cdc42 in BLBC were significantly higher than that in Non-BLBC and cancer adjacent tissues (P〈 0.0125),the expressions of IQGAP1 in BLBC and Non-BLBC were significantly higher than that in cancer adjacent tissues (P〈0.0125).The expression of Cdc42 positively correlated with lymph nodes metastasis and TNM staging of BLBC (P〈0.05),the expression of IQGAP1 positively corre- lated with tumor size and lymph nodes metastasis of BLBC(P〈0.05),and there was positive corre- lation between the expressions of Cdc42 and IQGAP1 in BLBC (r=0.638,P〈0.05) [Conclusion] Cdc42 and IQGAP1 may be important factors in tumor invasion and distant metastasis,and play important roles in the carcinogenesis of BLBC.
