职工队伍的建设对于企业的发展至关重要。分析职工队伍的现状及存在的差距,提出建立岗位动态调节机制、完善岗位考评机制、创新评价方式等加强职工队伍建设的建议。
The team building is crucial for the development of enterprises. The current situations and gaps of team building are analyzed. Team building suggestions such as position dynamic adjustment mechanisms, job evaluation mechanisms and innova- tive evaluation methods are put forward.
