摘要
介绍了中水处理系统在铁合金生产中的应用。将铁合金厂区的生产、生活废水收集起来,经过中水处理系统过滤、沉淀、接触氧化等过程,使其水质达到中水标准,再经中水回用系统,将中水输送至绿化、生产和厕所冲洗等用水点。该系统在铁合金厂区的应用,实现了污水零排放,减少了环境污染,降低了生产成本,取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益,具有广阔的发展前景。
This paper introduces the application of reclaimed waste-water treatment in ferroalloy production. Ferroalloy factoryˊs production and living waste water should be collected, After filtration, precipitation and catalytic oxidation by re-claimed waste-water treatment system, the water quality reaches reclaimed water standard. Then through reclaimed water recycle system, water is transported to greening, production and toilet flushing etc. The application of the system in fer-roalloy plant realizes the zero discharge of sewage, reduces the pollution of environment, lowers the production cost, and it has achieved obvious economic benefits and social benefits, and has wide development prospects.
