摘要
根据现场实际工况,通过金相分析,并结合断裂力学计算爆破压力,对某炼油厂160×104t/a柴油加氢装置的工艺注剂管线爆管原因进行分析,结果表明:停工时持续提供蒸汽伴热使得管道内介质温度过高是发生爆管的重要原因。
According to the actual working condition, through metallographic analysis and in combination of calculation of burst pressure through fracture mechanics, the causes for pipeline explosion of technological injection of 160 × 10^4 t/a diesel hydrogenation equipment of certain oil refining plan are analyzed. The result shows that consistent provision of steam tracing at shutdown is the major cause for the pipeline explosion due to the high medium temperature in the pipeline.
