摘要
某柴油加氢装置加氢反应流出物/原料油换热器原料油侧管线发现大量裂纹,通过对其运行条件、材质和开裂情况等进行分析,认为柴油加氢管道开裂为奥氏体不锈钢的氯化物应力腐蚀开裂,同时提出了改进措施。
Due to the cracks of 30 × 10^4 t/a diesel hydrogenation equipment' s reaction effluent and crude oil heat exchanger's raw oil pipeline, the crack reasons are found out through analysis on its operation conditions, material quality and crack situation. It is deemed that the crack of diesel hydrogenation pipeline indicates the chloride stress corrosion crack of austenitic stainless steel. Simultaneously, the measures for improvement are proposed.
