摘要
目的探讨对糖尿病肾病性水肿患者采用黄芪注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗的临床疗效。方法 116例患者随机分为对照组56例和治疗组60例,2组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组低分子肝素钙治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上采用静脉滴注黄芪注射液。治疗2周后观察2组临床疗效;同时监测2组患者的尿量、24h尿蛋白、血清肌酐(Scr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清白蛋白(ALB)等指标变化。结果治疗组的总有效率为91.7%,明显高于对照组(73.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后比较,尿量、24 h尿蛋白、ALB差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后比较,尿量、24 h尿蛋白差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组间比较,尿量、24 h尿蛋白、Scr、BUN、ALB差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病性水肿患者采用黄芪注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of Astragalus injection combined with low -molecular- weight heparin on the treat- ment of diabetic nephropathy patients with edema. Methods： 116 patients were randomly divided into a control group （56 patients） and a treatment group （60 patients）. The patients of the two groups were given the conventional treatment, but the control group was added with low - molecular - weight heparin therapy while the treatment group was added with Astragalus intravenous drip on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after a 2 - week treatment and at the same time the changes of the urine output, 24h urinary protein, serum creatinine （Scr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and serum albumin （ALB） of the patients were monitored. Re- suits： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%, significantly higher than that of the control group （73.2%） and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the comparison of the urine output, 24h urinary protein and ALB of the treatment group before and after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the comparison of the urine output, 24h u- rine protein and ALB of the control group before and after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05）. In the com- parison between the two groups after the treatment, the differences of urine, 24h urinary protein, Scr, BUN and ALB were statistically sig- nificant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Astragalus injection combined with low - molecular - weight heparin has a significant effect on the treat- ment of diabetic nephropathy patients with edema, worthy of clinical application.
