摘要
静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)是一种常见疾病,是医院内非预期死亡及围手术期死亡的重要原因之一,但国内普遍存在医务人员认识不足、防治意识差等问题。如何通过构建医院防治静脉血栓栓塞症的精细化管理体系,提升医务人员对VTE的认知度,对住院患者实施全面、规范地筛查与防治,从而有效降低住院患者VTE发病率和死亡率,这是医院管理部门和医务人员所面临的一个迫在眉睫的重要课题。
Venous thrombo embolism is a common disease which causes unexpected death and preoperative death in hospitalization. The common problems on prevention venous thrombo embolism include lack of awareness and knowledge. It is an important role to build an all round fine management system on prevention and treatment venous thrombo embolism, improving medical staff’s awareness and skill, full and standard screening inpatient to effective decrease VTE morbidity and mortality rate for hospital management.
