摘要
超空泡技术在水下武器的成功应用,使水下武器的速度和射程大幅度提高;对水下枪弹自然超空泡的数值模拟,是研究水下枪弹自然超空泡的有效手段,可以节约大量的试验费用,缩短研制周期,研制出理想的水下枪弹弹头外形,以提高其在弹着点处的存速存能及有效射程;还可以对现有的水下枪弹进一步进行优化;通过对尖头、钝头和平头3种外形水下枪弹的自然超空泡数值模拟,发现钝头外形的水下枪弹更有利于形成稳定的自然超空泡,且减阻效果更好。
Supercavitation technology’s successful application of underwater weapons greatly improved the speed and effective range of underwater weapons. Numerical simulation on natural supercavitation of un-derwater bullets is an effective mean to research the underwater bullets supercavitation,which can save a lot of testing costs,shorten the development cycle and develop the ideal underwater bullet head shape in order to improve its deposit rate at the point of impact of the kinetic energy,speed and the effective range. The existing underwater bullets can also be optimized. Through numerical simulation on the natural super-cavition of head projectile,blunt head projectile and flat head projectile,we discoved that blunt head pro-jectile is more conducive to the formation of stable natural supercavitation and has better drag reduction.
