摘要 新型抗菌肽取代传统抗生素是未来水产养殖业的发展趋势,组蛋白衍生抗菌肽是水生动物体内的一类重要抗菌肽,在水生动物机体免疫和抗病过程中扮演重要角色,为当前的研究热点。分别对水生动物4种代表性的组蛋白衍生抗菌肽(OncorhyncinⅡ、Buforins、Abhisin和HLP-1)的结构特征和抗菌效应进行综述,旨在为组蛋白衍生抗菌肽的深入研究和推广应用提供参考。 New antimicrobial peptides replacing traditional antibiotics is a development trend in aquacul-ture in the future. The histone-derived antimicrobial peptides as one of the current research focuses which plays an important role in natural immunity and disease prevention,and is an important class of antimicro-bial peptides in aquatic animals. In this paper,the structure features and antimicrobial effects of four anti-microbial peptides(Oncorhyncin Ⅱ,Buforins,Abhisin and HLP-1) were reviewed. The aim was to pro-vide some references for the further researches on antimicrobial peptides derived from histone and its ap-plication in aquaculture.
