摘要
针对测控设备国产化建设需求,全面阐释自主可控的概念,系统分析国家层面的自主可控基础软硬件产品发展现状,以及测控设备目前软硬件应用现状。分别针对国产和外购2款核心FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)、DSP(Digital Signal Processing,数字信号处理)元器件,进行性能比对和应用分析,说明目前测控设备应用存在的问题和潜在的风险隐患,提出宏观层面的自主可控产业链发展建议,探讨测控设备自主可控建设发展思路。简单综述目前自主可控建设发展的几个成功案例。分析结果表明:目前测控设备自主可控已经具备了一定的软硬件国产化发展基础,其国产化建设势在必行。
The concept of “independent and controllable”is expounded in the backdrop of localization development and construction of TT&C (Telemetry,Tracking and Command)equipment.The status quo of infrastructural in-dependent and controllable software and hardware products at the national level and the status quo of application of TT&C equipment hardware and software are analyzed.Performance comparison and application analysis are done respectively on two homemade and imported core FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array)and DSP (Digital Signal Processing)components to demonstrate the problems and potential risks in existing TT&C equipment.A proposal is put forward for the development of the independent and controllable industrial chain at the macroscopic level and the approach for independent and controllable development of TT&C equipment is explored.A few successful cases of the independent and controllable construction development are briefly summarized.The results of analysis show that it already exists certain foundation for the hardware and software localization development of independent and controllable TT&C equipment and its localization construction is imperative.
