摘要
现今美欧对俄罗斯经济的制裁,导致俄罗斯与美欧之间的决裂,俄罗斯客观上寻求与亚洲金砖国的合作,与中国形成战略同盟。中国东北沿边口岸与俄罗斯远东地区密切的地缘关系,是对俄贸易在新时期的战略桥头堡,其中边境小额贸易是主要的贸易形式。为满足中俄进出口边境小额贸易公司的市场需求,解决贸易瓶颈问题,打通信息透明度、可信度的时代脉搏,迫切需要建立区域性的商品交易中心。边境小额贸易结算风险存在的主要因素就是交易成本问题,从交易规则、交易品种、交易佣金定价、交易业务、管理层设计五个角度构建东北对俄沿边重点口岸边境小额贸易商品交易中心。
At present,the economic sanction led to the rupture between America and Russia,as a result,Russia quested the cooperation with the brick countries in Asia,objectively,which made the strategic alliance between Russia and China. The consanguineous geographical relationship that the port in Chinese Northeast province made with Russian far- east area is a strategic bridgehead during the period of the new time for Russian trade; border small- volume trade is the main trade form of geographical relationship. In order to meet the market need of these company importing and exporting small- scale border trade between China and Russia,and solve trade bottleneck,then open up the times pulse of information＇s transparency and reliability,it is urgent to set up the regional commodities exchange center. The major factor why it has settlement risk on border small- volume trade is the transaction cost problem,according to transaction rules,trade category,transaction commissions pricing,transaction,and management design 5 perspectives,it can build northeast key port border small- volume trade commodities exchange center for Russia.
