摘要
论述了三菱4A91发动机线束设计关键步骤的理论基础及设计原则,阐述了线束加工工艺流程及涉及关键问题的最优解决方案;并从材料的选择、包扎固定等方面论述了如何合理设计发动机线束,如何在加工过程中正确指导生产满足设计要求的产品。
This paper discusses the theoretical basis and the principles of design of the key step of MITSUBISHI MOTORS 4A91 engine wiring design, illustrating the optimal solution of the key problem of wiring technological proeess. The article also elaborates how to design engine wiring reasonably by the choice of materials and method of fixod and how to guide the production correctly in the process of machining products comply with the design requirements.
