摘要
2014年3-7月,采用野外直接观察法和样方法在内蒙古鄂尔多斯市库布齐沙漠对苍鹭(Ardea cinerea)巢址与影响其选择的因子进行研究,共发现苍鹭的巢658个,所有的巢都建在高度为20.31±0.92m(n=56)的杨树上。t-检验结果显示,杨树的高度、胸径、盖度、植株密度4个参数在巢址样方(n=22)与对照样方(n=28)之间存在显著差异,巢区距道路、村庄、和池塘距离的3个参数存在极显著差异(p<0.01)。主成分分析结果表明,苍鹭倾向于距池塘较近、道路较远、植株密度适中、盖度较高的地方营巢,食物和人类的干扰条件是巢区选择的关键因素。
A study of nest- site selection of Grey Heron( Ardea cinerea) was conducted by direct field observation and plots survey at Kubuqi desert in Inner Mongolia from March to July in 2014,658 nests were found totally.All nests were built on a height of 20. 31 ± 0. 92( n = 56) m of Poplar. T- test results showed that the height of poplar,diameter,cover,plant density four parameters were significantly different between nest presence plots( n= 22) and control plots( n = 28). Also,distance to road,distance to village,and distance to culture pond were significant differences in nest- site selection( P 〈0. 01). Principal component analysis showed that Grey Heron tend to choose place near the pond,far from road,moderate plant density and higher coverage as their nesting.Feed and the human disturbance were the key factors related to nest- site selection of Grey Heron.
