摘要
结合法兰同轴法和矩形波导管法测试了平面型纯镁金属屏蔽网和不锈钢电磁屏蔽网的宽频带(0.03~18GHz)电磁屏蔽效能.通过搭建测试系统,测量、记录了有无屏蔽材料时经装置衰减后的微波信号,并利用自主开发的Assembly-Plot软件实现了对测量数据的采集与处理,通过对数据的分析讨论了2种典型实验材料的屏蔽效能.考虑测量方法的最优适用频带,针对不同频带,采用不同方法进行测量,能够真实地评价屏蔽材料的电磁屏蔽效能.
The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the planar pure magnesium and stainless steel electromagnetic shielding net is tested by combining the flange coaxial method and the rectangular waveguide method on broadband frequency ranges(0.03~18 GHz). Testing system is built to measure and record the microwave signal which has been weakened by the device. And based on Assembly-Plot soft- ware,the testing data is collected and processed to analyze the experimental results. Considering the opti mum band frequency ranges of the testing methods, for the different frequency band, this paper utilizes the different testing method to accurately evaluate microwave signal shielding effectiveness of the materials shielding effectiveness of microwave signal.
