摘要
以气态混合C5和顺酐的甲基四氢苯酐溶液为原料合成甲基四氢苯酐,对间歇合成反应和连续合成反应进行研究。研究表明间歇反应中传质面积对反应的影响较大,连续反应时,进料比对顺酐转化率影响较明显,温度对两种反应的影响都不显著。
The study of MTHPA synthesis process has important application value, using gas C5 mixture and Maleic anhydride which is dissolved in MTHPA as reactents to study intermittent synthetic reaction and continuous synthesis reaction . Research shows that mass transfer has a big influence on intermittent synthetic reaction , feeding tatio effect obviously with maleic anhydride conversion in continuous synthesis reaction , temperature on the influence of the two reactions are not significant.
