摘要
跨境电子商务起步晚,增速快,是驱动经济发展的重要动力。本文拟通过构建跨境电子商务服务平台,通过其信息传递模块、物流跟踪模块、内部交易模块、信息发布模块、交易支付模块、辅助决策模块等功能设计,旨在为吉林省跨境电子商务服务平台提供理论支撑,通过搭建海关、政府、企业三方电子商务平台,提高海关报关效率、更好为企业服务,并最终实现吉林省跨境电子商务交易额量的飞跃。
Cross-border e-commerce, which has a late start and high growth, is the main impetus ot eco- nomic development. This paper proposed to construct a cross-border e-commerce platform. Depending on functional designs on information transfer module, logistics tracking module, payment transaction module and decision supporting module, this paper intents to provide theoretical support for cross-border e-com- merce service platform of Jilin province, improve efficiency of customs declaration and better enterprise service by constructing e-commerce platform among custom, government and enterprise and finally real- ize leap in trading volume of Jilin province cross-border e-commerce.
