摘要
构建城乡统筹信息服务平台,对增强城乡信息传输、促进城乡优势互补、推进城乡协调发展具有重要的现实意义。以四川省阿坝州为例,构建了城乡统筹综合信息服务平台,介绍了平台的设计方案和总体构架,并对数据库建设、平台功能设计及实现进行了详细阐述。
Building the urban and rural information service platform,plays an important role in promoting urban-rural complementary advantages, and the coordinated development of urban and rural.The article, taking Aba as an example, built an urban and rural information service platform,introduced the design and the architecture of the platform,and detailed the design of the database,the platform function design and implementation.
