摘要
历史文化资源作为一种重要的文化资源形态历来受到各级政府的高度重视和倾力保护。历史文化资源开发是文化产业转型升级的内在需求和关键环节、有益补充和内容丰富、有力抓手和有效途径,在开发过程中须把握好形式价值与实质价值、要素投入与效益产出、传承保护与创新开发三个关键,可通过融合发展、错位发展、集聚发展、合力发展加以实现。
The historical and cuhural resources, an important form of cultural resources, have been capturing much attention from all levels of government which have spared no effort to protect them. The development of historical and cultural resources, driven by the internal demand of the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry, is a crucial and useful supplement and enrichment, a powerful gripper and an effective way to the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry. It is imperative that in the process of the development a good balance be kept between the form value and the intrinsic value, between the essential factor investment and the output of benefits, and between inheritance ＆ protection and innovative development. The development of historical and cultural resources is believed to be achieved through the integrated development, dislocated development, clustered development and joint development.
