摘要
以劳动密集型产业为主的越商家族企业,面对转型升级和接班换代高潮,近年来纷纷走上多元化之路,由于盲目追求多元化往往使企业陷入困境。本文基于企业能力识别角度,探讨越商家族企业多元化拓展的有效路径,结合越商家族企业龙盛集团的案例分析,提出了相关建议。
In recent years, influenced by various factors, Yue - merchant family finns based on labor - intensive industries facing the orgasm of enterprise upgrading and family succession are almost under diversification, but the blind pursuit of diversification will inevitably entrap the enterprises. On this basis, the paper attempts to probe into the effective development of diversification paths in Yue - merchant family firms from an identification of enterprise capability - based perspective. Combined with the case analysis of Lonsen Group, the paper comes up with some suggestions.
