重症肝脓肿一例诊治体会 被引量：2

摘要 肝脓肿是常见的肝脏感染性疾病,我国发病率约为5.7/10万人,随着肝脓肿诊断率的提高和治愈率的增加,病死率已降低至10％以下.笔者在临床工作中遇到1例由肝脓肿引起脓毒血症继发多器官功能障碍（Multiple organ dysfunction syndrom,MODS）危及生命的患者,本文将该病例诊治经过及体会进行总结报道.
