摘要
"双师型"教师标准提出后在学者中引起了广泛关注和讨论,目前已形成五种不同的内涵解读,细加分析,发现其优点与缺点同样明显,均未能形成一致共识。教育部门、职业院校和学者们提出的三种衡量标准实践中也有较大争议。在综合考虑的基础上,能力与素质作为最核心的要素被提出来,在动态发展的过程中,考虑现实的操作性,进行层级划分,不失为"双师型"教师标准的发展策略。
The standard of “the double‐competency teacher” has attracted wide attention and discussion in scholars ,and it has now formed five different connotations in w hich merits and demerits do exist ,so a consensus can hardly be reached .There are also disagreements in the practice of the three standards put forward by the educational departments ,vocational colle‐ges and scholars .Based on comprehensive consideration ,the ability and quality are proposed as the core elements .During the dynamic development process ,the level classification can be the right development strategy of “the double‐competency teacher” ,considering the realistic operation .
