摘要
针对转型期阜新民营经济发展环境这一主题,采用问卷调查和统计分析的方法进行研究,发现阜新市民营经济发展环境存在金融体制不完善、人才政策不健全、政策环境不平等、企业治理模式转型障碍重重等问题,针对这些问题结合社会服务、高校、科研机关等机构,提出了营造多样化的融资环境、培育长久的人才环境、优化政策环境、创新企业内部环境等对策,以此为资源型城市民营经济的发展提供借鉴。
Questionnaire and data were adopted to study the development environment of Fuxin＇s private economy during the period of transformation. Findings show problems of imperfect financial system, inadequate personnel policy, unfair policy environment, obstacles in the transformation of corporate governance mode. In view of these problems and in cooperation with social service organizations, universities, research institutions and other institutions, countermeasures are proposed as follows： creating a diversified financing environment, fostering long-term talent environment, optimizing policy environment, and innovating enterprise environment, to improve the development of private economy of resource-based cities.
