摘要
提出热管式真空管集热器与热电片结合的新型太阳能利用装置的概念并对该装置进行数值模拟,分析不同负载和太阳辐照下,其电效率、温差、电流的变化情况,得到最大电效率下的电阻比值。通过对合肥某日实测气象数据进行的模拟结果表明,在联箱下层水温为20℃、水速1.3 m/s条件下,效率、电流和温差的最大值分别为3.62%、0.86 A、203℃。
this paper presents a novel solar energy device which combines thermoelectric chips with heat pipe evacuated tubular collector, and takes numerical simulation to analysis the situation of power efficiency, temperature difference and current varing with the load resistance and solar irradiance o The resistance ratio under maximum power efficiency can be obtained. A simulation is also carried out about the actual meteorological data of Hefei in one day. The results show that the maximum value of power efficiency, current and temperature difference are 3.62%, 0.86 A, 203 ℃ on the condition that the water temperature ,water speed of lower water-tank are 20 ℃ and 1.3 m/s.
