摘要
医院信息化程度不断提高,医院累积了大量的病例及数据。怎样合理利用这些病例及数据为患者更好的服务成为医院领导及医生考虑的主要问题。本文提出基于CDSS临床知识库系统,将这些数据以及医生的临床经验整理成知识,为医生诊断、开立医嘱提供决策支持。
With the constantly improving of the hospital informatization level, hospitals had accumulated a wealth of cases and patients’ data. How to rationally use these cases and data to serve better for the patients is the main consideration of the leaders and doctors of the hospital. This paper comes up with Clinical Knowledge Base which is based on CDSS to give doctors decision supports when they diagnosis the diseases by summarizing these data and doctors’ clinical experience.
