开裂对粘钢加固钢筋砼梁二次受力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 文章根据粘贴钢板加固钢筋砼梁的二次受力特点,引入系数δ,提出了构件加固后相对界限受压区高度ξb计算公式。根据被加固构件加固时未开裂和已开裂2种状态,运用材料力学理论及相关规范得出了一次受力后构件截面几个重要应变参数的计算公式,从而研究了加固时构件开裂与否对ξb的影响。研究结果表明:考虑二次受力影响,应根据被加固构件的现场持荷、开裂状况以及钢板类型来综合确定ξb,从而合理确定最大粘钢量,避免加固后梁出现超筋破坏。 According to the secondary load characteristics of reinforced concrete beam strengthened by bonding steel plates, the formula for calculating relative depth of compression zone Su is obtained by introducing the coefficient & Then according to the two states of the strengthened component un- cracked and cracked when strengthening, and by using the material mechanics theory and related spec- ifications, some formulas are obtained to calculate several important strain parameters of component section after first load, to study the influence of component cracking or not when strengthening on Sb. The results show that considering the secondary load influence, Su should be synthetically determined by the field holding load condition, the cracking condition of the strengthened component and the steel plate type, accordingly the maximum amount of steel plate can be reasonably determined, and conse- quently the failure of over-reinforced beam can be avoided.
