摘要
以环己酮为原料,经Michael加成、环化反应获得2,3-环己烯并吡啶-2-酮2,总收率为41.8%。以环戊酮和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,经Aldol缩合、环化反应获得4-甲基-2,3-环戊烯并吡啶-2-酮3b,总收率为21.5%。以环庚酮、甲酸乙酯与氰基乙酰胺为原料,经串联的Aldol反应、关环、酸水解、脱羧反应获得2,3-环庚烯并吡啶-2-酮4,总收率为40%。化合物通过熔点和1H-NMR进行了表征。
The reaction of cyclohexanone and acrylonitrile by Michael reaction and cyclization give 5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinolin-2(1H)-one 2 with an overall yield of about 41.8 %. 4-methyl-l,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-2-one 3 was synthesized from cyclopentanone by Aldol condensation and cyclization with ethyl acetoacetatc to give 21.5 % yield. The cycloheptanone, 2-cyanoacetamide, and ethyl formate were mixed to form 1,5,6,7,8,9-hexahydro-2H-cyclohepta[b]pyridin-2-one by Aldol reaction, cyclization, acid-hydrolyzation, and decarboxylation with an overall yield of about 40 %. The compounds was confirmed by melting point and ^1H-NMR.
