摘要
描述了几种带有取代基的的双胺芴化合物的合成方法,由于这些化合物具有热稳定性光稳定性、和较好的溶解性,因此是合成芴类发光材料的重要中间体,也可以合成耐热聚酰亚胺树脂等材料。这些化合物主要的合成方法为取代芴酮与苯胺在酸催化剂作用下发生缩合反应,生成9-位双胺芴类化合物。反应条件为苯胺芴酮物质的量比为8~10,苯胺盐酸盐为催化剂,反应温度130-150℃,反应时间5—6h,收率多为80%~90%。
The synthesis methods of several fluorene-arylamine derivatives with substituent were described. These compounds were significant intermediates of electroluminescent materials and were ableto synthesize polyimide resin, because of their thermal stability and light stability. The main preparation method of the 9,9-bisanilinefluorene compounds was the condensation reaction of substituted fluorenone and aniline catalyzed by acid. The reaction conditions were as follow: the molar ratio of fluorenone and aniline was 8-10, the reaction temperature was 130-150℃, the reaction time was 5-6h with aniline hydrochloride as catalyst, and the yield mostly was 80%-90%.
