原位聚合制备水镁石/聚酯纳米复合材料及性能分析

Preparation of Brucite/Polyester Nano Composite Material by In situ Polymerization and Analysis of Its Performance

摘要 以超细水镁石为填充原料,在常温常压下原位聚合制备了聚酯纳米复合材料,利用非等温DSC法,探索了水镁石粉体对不饱和聚酯树脂的固化行为的影响,并对聚酯型纳米复合材料进行性能测试。结果表明,聚酯树脂与聚酯复合材料的固化反应表观反应活化能分别为11.1415k J/mol和34.3956k J/mol,添加水镁石粉后的聚酯固化反应被"延迟"。聚酯纳米复合材料氧指数为31,热性能分析表明水镁石的加入会明显提高聚酯纳米复合材料的高温热稳定性。 With using the ultrafine brucite as the filling materials, the polyester/brucite nano composite material was prepared by in situ polymer- ization at room temperature. The effect of brucite powder on the curing behavior of unsaturated polyester resin was investigated with non-isothermal DSC. The properties of polyester/brucite nano composite were also tested. The results showed that the apparent activation energy of polyester resin and polyester / brucite composite systems were 11.1415kJ/mol and 34.3956kJ/mol respectively. The curing reaction of unsaturated polyester resin had been delayed by filling ultrafine brucite powder. The high flame retardance and thermal stability had been obtained through filling ultrafine brucite powder, and its oxygen index was 31.
