摘要
药物理论的产生发展,与饮食和传统农业生活有密不可分的关系。明代《本草纲目》在菜部首列柔滑类如甜菜、落葵叶、蕨、菠菜等,此类菜是滑药的代表,其气滑利,能通肠胃,通心膈,利五脏,通经脉,开胸膈。下气滑中,利大小肠,利水道,并治气壅经络筋骨间。滑既是视觉感受又是味觉体验,故以滑养窍、以滑去着、以滑通闭开塞,是四气五味之外不可割舍的重要药物理论。
The pharmic produce and development have inseparable relations with the food and traditional agricultural life.Unitl Ming Dynasty,there′s smoothness category in Bencao Gangmu,such as sugarbeet,red vinespinach leaf or herb,fernbrake,spinage.This kind of food is smooth medicine representative,which Qi is smooth.They can promote intestines and stomach,heart diaphragm,the five inter-nal organs,meridians,water channels,open the chest and diaphragm,and cure Qi block up between meridian and bones and muscles. Smoothness is not only visual perception,but also gestation experience.So it is inseparable pharmic theory except four properties and five tastes about smoothness nourishing Qiao,smoothness eliminating sticky materials and open the jam.
