摘要 近年来,随着城市化水平的提高以及可持续发展意识的增强,屋顶绿化技术凭借其生态效益及景观价值,已经在欧美国家得到广泛应用,国内已有一些研究,但应用范围比较狭隘。文章通过分析国内外学者的研究,量化了屋顶绿化在节能减排、滞留雨水、去除污染物、延长屋顶寿命、降低噪声和景观价值等方面的功能效果。并在此基础上分析屋顶绿化的成本效益,为国内工程实际应用提供数据基础。 Recently,with the high speed of urbanization,and the enhanced awareness of sustainable development,green roofs have been widely used in the United States and Europe,because of its ecological benefits and landscape value. However,it is still immature in China. According to the recent study,this paper analyzed the functions and cost- effectiveness of green roofs. The functions include energy conservation,storm water retention,pollutants removal,roofs longevity,noise reduction and landscape value. The costs- effectiveness of green roofs also discussed in this paper provided basic data for the practical application.
