碳酸钙粒径匹配对储层保护效果的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对低渗储层在钻井过程中由于固相或者液相的侵入容易对储层造成严重伤害的问题,采用在无固相钻开液体系中加入碳酸钙能够有效地提高钻开液的暂堵性能,防止聚合物"胶液"对储层的伤害。选取5种不同粒径的碳酸钙,从固相封堵及粒径匹配2个方面开展研究,结果表明,在选择碳酸钙作为暂堵剂时,需要选择粒径分布窄、酸溶率高的碳酸钙。在低渗储层中,碳酸钙粒径越细,封堵效果越好,其渗透率恢复值达到90%以上,具有较好的储层保护效果。 In consideration of solid or liquid invasion during drilling in low permeability reservoirs,serious damage was easily be caused in the reservoirs.However,JQWY was added into the non-solid spud-in fluid system to effectively improve the temporary plugging performance of the spud-in fluid to prevent formation damage induced by the polymer 'glue'.In this paper,the solid plugging and grain size matching are studied by choosing the calcium carbonate with different sizes.Experiments show that when choosing the calcium carbonate,it is necessary to have the calcium carbonate with narrow range of particle sizes and high acid solubility.In the low permeability reservoirs,the finer the calcium carbonate size is,the better effect of its plugging is,its permeability recovery ratio is up to 90%,therefore it has better effect of formation protection.
