摘要
目的探讨上消化道出血急救患者护理工作中应用优质护理理念的临床效果。方法以我院2012年6月至2014年9月收治的上消化道出血急救80例患者为研究对象,随机分成两组各40例,对照组实施常规护理干预,实验组在常规护理干预的基础上应用优质护理理念开展临床护理工作,比较两组的临床护理效果。结果实验组干预后总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。实验组的疼痛、精力、情感、社会生活、睡眠、躯体活动评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理理念应用于上消化道出血急救患者中具有显著的临床效果。
Objective To explore the clinical application and effect of high quality nursing concept on emergency patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Eighty patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from June 2012 to September 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group was given nursing intervention based on high quality nursing concept. The clinical nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 70.00% of control group （P〈0.05）, and the scores of pain, energy, emotion, social life, sleep and physical activity were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions High quality nursing concept on emergency patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has significant clinical effect.
