经肺俞穴导入阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超声介导药物靶向递送技术联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体(MP)感染的应用价值。方法 2013年10月至2014年10月间入住儿科病房的MP感染小儿病例300例随机分组,对照组150例予阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,研究组150例予超声介导药物靶向递送技术,将阿奇霉素经肺俞穴导入治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组治疗有效率为98.7%,显著高于对照组的92.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组患儿每日用药时间和住院时间显著短于对照组,住院费用显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组家长满意度98.7%,显著高于对照组的88.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超声介导药物靶向递送技术联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿MP感染有效、安全,可提高药物作用效果,促进患儿康复,提高满意度。 Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound-mediated drug delivery targeting technology combined with azithromycin for treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection. Methods 300 cases of children with MP infection admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. 150 cases of control group were treated with azithromycin by intravenous drip, while 150 cases of research group were treated with azithromycin imported by ultrasound-mediated drug delivery targeting technology through Feishu point. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of research group was 98.7%, significantly higher than 92.0% of control group (P〈0.01). The daily medication time and length of hospital stay of research group were significantly shorter than those of control group, and the hospital cost was higher than that of control group (P 〈0.01). Parents' satisfaction degree of research group was 98.7%, significantly higher than 88.0% of control group (P〈0.01). Conclusions Ultrasound- mediated drug delivery targeting technology combined with azithromycin is effective and safe for treatment of children with MP infection, which can increase the effects of drugs, promote the rehabilitation of children, and improve parents' satisfaction.
