摘要
目的对比沙盘治疗与药物治疗对中学生焦虑情绪的疗效。方法采用简单随机方法将60例焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分〉50分的中学生分为单纯沙盘治疗组、药物加沙盘治疗组和单纯药物治疗组各20例,药物治疗采用盐酸舍曲林分散片,50~100mg/d于早饭后口服,连服3个月;沙盘治疗12次,每周一次,每次50min。分别于基线期、干预12次后,干预结束后3个月和6个月随访。结果基线期三组SAS评分均高于其他三个时间点(P〈0.05)。在干预12次后,单纯药物治疗组评分高于药物加沙盘治疗组和单纯沙盘治疗组(P〈0.05);在3个月后随访,单纯药物治疗组、药物加沙盘治疗组和单纯沙盘治疗组之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在6个月后随访,单纯药物治疗组和药物加沙盘治疗组评分高于单纯沙盘治疗组(P〈0.001)。结论单纯沙盘治疗的效果可能优于单纯药物治疗,而药物加沙盘治疗效果可能优于单纯药物治疗。
Objective To compare the curative effect of sandplay therapy and drug therapy on middle school students with anxity emotion. Methods 60 middle school students with anxity emotion were randomly divided into 3 groups,simple sandplay therapy group,drug ﹠ sandplay therapy group,and simple drug therapy group. Sertraline Hydrochloride Dispersible Tablets were used in sim-ple drug therapy group with 50 ~ 100mg/ d at morning during 3 months,the simple sandplay therapy was used 12 times,once a week, every time 50 min. Both the control and cases groups were studied and then the results were repeated measured. Repetitive measure-ment and analysis of variance and simple effect analysis were used to analysis the experiment results. Results In experiment,there was main effect for present time(P 〈 0. 001)and a significant interaction between time and group(P 〈 0. 001). Simple sandplay thera-py works better than simple drug therapy(P 〈 0. 001). Drug ﹠ sandplay therapy works better than simple drug therapy(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The long - term curativeeffect of simple sandplay treatment group is good. This treatment can be used in clinical practice.
