摘要
针对地板生产过程中依赖人工判断地板正反面的现状,提出了以TI公司浮点DSP芯片TMS320DM6437为控制核心的地板正反面检测系统。通过提取具有显著特征的红色分量的平均值和灰度分布的最大值,同时借助最小平方误差判别法区分地板的正反面。测试结果表明,该地板正反面判断系统具有很高的识别率,可以缓解工人的劳动强度同时提高生产效率。
In order to solve the serious situation that it relays on manual for detection of floor sides in the processing of the floors, this paper introduces a system to detect front and back sides of floor based on the floating-point DSP TMS320DM6437 presented by Texas Instrument. It depends on least square error algorithm to distinguish the front and back sides of the floor with the help of remarkable characteristics including the average of red component and maximum of gray level distribution. The test result indicates that the system has a relatively well performance, which can help to lower the labor intensity and improve productivity.
