摘要
优秀教学团队建设是提高教师综合素质、推动教学改革的重要保证。在普通高等教育中医学类专业飞速发展的大背景下,中医学基础课程教学团队建设显得尤其重要。通过教学团队的建设实践,河北联合大学中医学院在专业、课程、教学资源建设等方面取得了大发展,有效提升了教学水平和人才培养质量。
Outstanding teaching team is major premise for overall quality of teachers and promotion on educational reform.Under the background of Chinese medicine （CM）majors development in regular higher education,teaching team construction of basic curric-ulums becomes much more important.Through practice on the teaching team,College of CMhas made great progress on construction of specialty,curriculum and teaching resources,promoting teaching level and quality of personnel training.
