摘要
目的:对参归仁和剂联合心理干预治疗产后抑郁的效果进行观察,为该疗法的临床应用提供可靠依据。方法:选取54例产后抑郁患者进行回顾性分析,将患者分为对照组与观察组各27例。对照组患者给予常规心理干预;观察组患者除接受常规心理干预,另给予参归仁和剂辅助治疗。两组患者治疗前后均进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及生活质量量表(GQOL-74)进行测定,结合指标改善情况,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗结束后,两组患者病情均得到明显改善。相较于对照组,观察组患者治疗前后EPDS、中医证候评分差值明显更高;观察组患者焦虑自评、抑郁自评得分明显更低,生活质量自评明显更高;对照组与观察组患者治疗总有效率分别为70.4%和92.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未出现不适感或不良反应。结论:参归仁和剂联合心理干预治疗产后抑郁症疗效显著,能有效改善患者心理状态,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To participate Quy Nhon and agents combined with psychological intervention to analyze the effect of postna-tal depression,to provide a reliable basis for the clinical application of therapies.Methods Select cases of postpartum depression were retrospectively analyzed,patients were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group.The control group of patients treated with conventional psychological intervention group were observed in addition to the conventional psychological intervention,and the other given parameters Quy Nhon and adjunctive therapy.Two groups of patients were performed before and after treatment Self -Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）,Self -Rating Depression Scale （SDS）and the Quality of Life Scale （GQOL a 74）were measured,each measurement indicators to improve the situation combined with the two groups were compared and analyzed two group of patient out-comes.Results After treatment,both groups were significantly improved the patient＆#39;s condition.Compared to the control group,pa-tients in the observation group assessment anxiety,depression and self -assessment score was significantly lower quality of life,self -assessment was significantly higher self;the control group and the treatment of patients in the observation group total effective rate was 92.6% and 70.4%,respectively,between the two groups compare significant differences （P 〈0.05）,there are statistically signifi-cant.During the treatment,the two groups of patients were not there discomfort or adverse reactions.Conclusion Participation Quy Nhon and agents combined with psychological intervention for postpartum depression a significant effect,can effectively improve the mental state of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and safe,suitable for clinical application.
