摘要 结合单独CNG储配站和CNG加气子站工艺系统在运营中存在的问题,优化CNG储配站和CNG加气子站合建站工艺系统,合理调配给CNG汽车用户与居民用户供气的先后顺序,不仅降低减压橇中调压器降压过程中的热能损耗,而且缩短CNG加气子站压缩机的日工作时间,能够合理地利用CNG气瓶车内压力能。合建站内CNG储配站节能率达58.5%,CNG加气子站节能率达37.4%。 Combined with the problems existing in the operation of single CNG storage and distribution station and CNG filling sub-station,the process system of combined station of CNG storage and distribution station and CNG filling sub-stalion is optimized. The order for gas supply to CNG vehicle users and residen-tial users is reasonably deployed. The heat loss in the deeomplssion proeess of decompression skid regulator is reduced,anti the daily operation time of eomplessor in the CNG filling sub-station is shortened,so the pressure energy in the CNG cylinder vehicle can be reasonably used. The energy saving rates of CNG storage and dis- tribution station and CNG filling sub-station are 58.5% and 37.4% respectively alter their combination.
