MAPA-CO_2-水溶液运动黏度的实验研究

摘要 采用乌氏毛细管黏度计对温度在298.15—323.15 K范围内,不同CO2载荷的3-甲氨基丙胺(MAPA)水溶液体系的运动黏度进行了实验研究,测量的3-甲氨基丙胺水溶液的质量分数范围为5%—20%,物质的量MAPA中CO2载荷的范围为0—0.5(摩尔比)。采用Weiland方程回归得到了MAPA-CO2-水溶液体系运动黏度的计算关联式,计算结果与实验值吻合较好。通过实验阐明了温度、MAPA浓度和CO2载荷对MAPA-CO2-水溶液体系运动黏度的影响规律,为MAPA作为吸收剂捕集CO2的进一步深入研究提供了基础数据和计算模型。 The kinematic viscosities of carbonated 3-methyl amino propylamine (MAPA) aqueous solution were measured by using the Ubbelohde-type capillary viscometer in the temperature ranged from 298.15 to 323.15 K. The mass fraction of 3-methyl amino propylamine ranged from 5% to 20% , and the CO2 loading in MAPA ranged from 0 to 0.5 mol/mol. The experimental viscosity data were correlated based on the Weiland equation, and good agreements were observed between the calculated values and the experimental data. In addition, the effects of temperature, mass fraction of MAPA, and CO2 loading on the viscosities of carbonated 3-methyl amino propylamine aqueous solution were demonstrated. The experimental data and the model obtained from this work are benefit to further research of CO2 capture using 3-methyl amino propylamine aqueous solution.
