摘要
针对目前煤矿井下采掘设备的控制模式,结合煤矿采掘设备的特点与发展需求,设计了可扩展的分布式控制系统。完成了电控系统结构框架和功能模块的设计,描述了系统可扩展性与网络结构,阐述了中央控制层、数据采集层和系统应用层的构成与原理,给出了电控系统抗干扰实现方法。该电控系统以分布式控制和可扩展性为理念,能对采掘设备按模块进行分布式控制,并根据需要灵活配置,对推动煤矿井下采掘设备控制系统的网络化、信息化、智能化发展具有很重要的意义。
According to the current control mode of coal mining equipments this paper designs the extensible distributed control system ,combined with the characteristics and requirements for development of coal mining equipment. It designs the framework and functional modules of electrical control system and describes the scalability of system and network structure. This paper describes in detail the structure and principle of the central control layer, data collection layer and data process layer, and then gives out the anti-interfere technology of electro-control system.The electro-control system based on the idea of distributed control and extensibility has very important significance to promote the networking,informatization and intellectualization of the coal mining equipment control system,which adopts distributed control of each module at coal mining equipment and can be flexibly configured according to different requirements.
